About this book

Braja Bandhu Manik was born in a Vaisnava family, surrounded by the chanting of the holy name. In his later years, he severed all ties to his family and travelled the length and breadth of India in search of a self-realized soul (tattva-darsi guru). His search came to fruition in Vrndavana 1974 when he finally met his spiritual master, His Divine Grace Srila A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, who awarded him the sannyasa order of life in 1975 in Vrndavana.
